‘Me’
It is irrelevant who ‘I’ am… I am both nobody and everybody
What is relevant is my direct knowledge and experience of truth, and my aptitude to assist others liberate and reconcile their highest truths with the often painful, perplexing, and paradoxical experience of the human condition
I believe that divine grace has afforded me this rare insight and practical skill set, both of which have been a lifetime in the making, and the journey to which has not been easy… but I appreciate now that is has always been (and always will be) perfect
Looking back, I realise that the phenomena of consciousness, thought, belief, and reality aren’t often matters with which a young person is consumed… yet I was… and I remain so today as I mature into middle age, and find that these same fascinations have blossomed into my deepest of passions, and greatest of strengths
Along the way, I have learned about the ultimate truth of my being, and have been profoundly blessed by an unspeakable enlightenment, which, whilst indescribable, to me resonates with the perennial wisdoms that speak of the eternal, multi-dimensional nature of our ‘beingness’, the omnipresence of that which is inadequately defined as spirit, source, or ‘God’; and the journey we take – from separation and fear, to divine oneness and peace – through the painful transcendence of our individual personalities, and their associated ego structures
In worldly terms, I experienced a challenging upbringing, and have spent the majority of my adulthood immersed in the ebbs and flows of life’s rhythms – the expansions and contractions of success and failure, joy and tragedy, hope and grief, bliss and suffering… love and fear
I spent 30 years seeking answers to life in commercial environments which were mis-aligned with my heart; but in retrospect, I see how this experience deepened my understanding of people, circumstance, dysfunction, and will; and taught me how adversely well-being can be affected by unhealthy relationships with attachment, identity, belief, and desire
I know now too, that my search for purpose and fulfilment in such places was necessary, despite being destined to fall short – and that unbeknownst to me, it was the act of searching itself which was the purpose and reward all along; it propelled me through many deaths and rebirths, fuelled my awakening, brought me inner peace, and created my opportunity to serve others, who may be facing similar personal, commercial, and existential challenges
As I began to better integrate the mind-shattering states of ego death, transcendence, unconditional love, and Self-Realisation into my life, Paths of One started to take form, and over time it grew into what I believe is both my purest expression, and highest offering
It began life as ‘Jñāna Therapy’, which accredited its offering to the exalted path of Self-Enquiry; but now, as Paths of One, it has become a more rounded and complete practice, in which Self-Enquiry is one of the three complimentary disciplines within its therapeutic and meditative work
With Paths of One, I hope to serve those who may be in the process of seeking – or perhaps experiencing an awakening themselves – with the Herculean task of psychologically healing, whilst optimising personal, professional, and spiritual life, for the highest individual and collective good
To this end I bring a singular blend of direct experience, esoteric knowledge, and practical wisdom; and professional expertise from a Masters in Psychosynthesis Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinic Therapy, and membership of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) – all of which I believe best translates psychotherapeutically, the language of the soul and the journey of self-healing it takes through us
I hope too, to leverage my proven commercial acumen to support honest and noble endeavours; to which I bring industry experience from Investment, Corporate, Public, and Private Companies, on behalf of which I have served in numerous Senior Executive and Directorship capacities
Additionally, I am a professionally qualified MRICS Chartered Surveyor, have successfully set up and managed a number of advisory businesses; and during the course of my career, I have personally advised on and managed over £2 billion of commercial assets, transacting both domestically and internationally
